We finally got our internet connected on Tuesday, sorry for the delay in
getting this email to you.
Further to our telecon a couple of weeks ago, I just wanted to confirm again
how FANTASTIC Gordon, Lee and Jack were in helping us with our move from
Morden to Redhill.
As you are well aware, the whole house buying/selling process is lengthy and
stressful, however, I can truly say that the move itself was the LEAST
stressful part of the whole process as a result of having Gordon, Lee and
Jack helping us out. As representatives of your company, they behaved
impeccably and did you and your company extremely proud. They certainly know
what their doing! They were just so impressive.
All three of them are really personable, friendly, highly professional and
fun to have around. I was incredulous at my lack of stress during the whole
packing/moving process as I had been a super stresshead for the vast
majority of the selling/buying bit! Gordon, Lee and Jack must take the
credit for my total lack of stress.
I can honestly say that I never, in a million years, thought that the move
would be fun, however, Gordon, Lee and Jack made it as much fun as it could
be. Given that I had been really dreading the day, I was very surprised that
I actually really enjoyed the day!!
We spent more time with Gordon than Lee and Jack as he also helped us with
our packing two days before the move; he really is such a credit to your
company, fantastic worker, highly professional, fast worker and lovely bloke
- what more could you want! I cannot possibly recommend him highly enough.
Both my husband and I were so impressed with his professionalism and lovely,
friendly nature.
If the rest of your team are anything like Gordon, Lee and Jack, I can only
imagine that your business wiill continue to go from strength to strength,
as a business is as good as the people it employs.
I cannot stress enough how delighted I am to have chosen to use Grants for your move.
Finally, I shall certainly recommend your company to anyone I know of who
needs to move at some point in the future.
